I need 100 Beta Testers

Wednesday, March 25th, 2009

Hi there

I’ll try to keep this brief, but I’m really, really
excited, so I may ramble a bit :)

I need 100 Beta Testers to stress test and critique a brand
new training system. And that’s fantastic news for both of
us.

I’ll start at the beginning, so you know where this came
from.

I get at least 10 emails or phone calls each week from
people who want to know how to start an online business. I
sympathize with everyone who is struggling to start an
online business, but I don’t have time to train each person
individually.

The flip side of the coin is to hire me as a consultant,
but my fees don’t fit most beginning internet entrepreneur’s
budgets.

So there is a gap between teaching people how to set up and
profit from an online business and the new business owner’s
ability to pay for the consulting they need.

This is a gap that’s frustrated me for a while, because I’d
love to help everyone enjoy the internet business owner’s
lifestyle. And now I can :)

Here’s how:
Three years ago, my business coach, Richard Butler, and I
started working on a training system that combines the best
of both worlds. Our goal was to create a self-directed
university style course, but have contact with the students
at the same time.

We wanted to answer your questions live, in an open
TeleClass environment. And help you build a profitable
internet business, based on systems. So you could plug into
the system and repeat it as many times as you want in as
many internet businesses as you want.

We wanted a training program that took you right from the
beginning and taught you how to clone the way successful
entrepreneurs think. How to start at the beginning and
register a domain name, set up hosting, design a simple
product and build a basic website. And finally, how to get
lots of visitors, so you make lots of sales.

That’s what we wanted. And that’s what we built.

And now it’s your turn to put it to the ultimate test.

We are allowing 100 people to Beta Test the system and give
us feedback. It means getting into the system and using
everything we’ve provided for you.

Then we’re going to get on group conference call and
discuss what you like about the course and what you’d like
improved.

If you’d like to become a Beta Tester and learn how to
start and run a profitable internet business at the same
time, I invite you to visit

I look forward to hearing your comments.

Talk again soon.

Enjoy your day!

Behind The Scenes Of Ross Goldberg’s Internet Marketing Masters Seminar

Tuesday, February 5th, 2008

Ross Goldberg put on an amazing seminar with tons of quality information, but it wasn’t all work and no play. Here’s a behind the scenes look at the seminar thanks to Dorothea and Katie Carney. A big thanks to both of you.

Ross Goldberg’s Internet Marketing Masters Seminar Rocked!!!

Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

WOW! What a weekend. I hardly know where to start. Ross Goldberg is THE master of the masters when it comes to putting together a seminar. Everyone I talked to absolutely loved the event and took away a lot of quality information and new contacts.

It was the first time for me to be a speaker at an internet marketing event and it was a blast. My business partner, Tahir Shah, and I unveiled a brand new concept in internet marketing which will go fully live on March 15th. Attendees at the event were very receptive to the concept and we got a lot of positive feedback.

If you want a little sneak peek at one of the modules in the system, you can watch the video at www.imocent.com/gold

But back to the event. Ross organized a high quality seminar that touched people at every level, from beginner to experienced marketer. He mixed a variety of speakers with talent on and offline to present a comprehensive business development experience for everyone.

The networking party on Saturday night gave everyone the opportunity to mingle, meet and build new relationships. And the pizza was good too :) It was nice to see the diversity of people who attended. It wasn’t just internet marketers, but also people outside the internet marketing arena who were there to learn how to use internet marketing to improve their businesses.

The networking aspect of the event is often more important than the actual speakers, because you develop relationships that will help take your business to the next level. In fact, here’s a couple pointers while you’re networking.

1. Give everyone your business card and make sure to ask for theirs too.And don’t just squirrel them away in a drawer when you get home. Email every single one of them to let them know it was a pleasure meeting them. If I got your business card, I’ll be mailing you in the next couple days :)

2. When someone introduces themselves, look at them directly and repeat their name so you’ll remember it

3. Let the other person speak about themselves and listen intently. Like Tahir says, you hear with your ears, but you listen with your mind. Listen to the other person.

I encourage anyone who was fortunate enough to attend the event, to send Ross a thank you email letting him know how much he influenced your life.

And I saved the best to the last. Part of Tahir and my presentation was to collect a dollar from everyone in the audience and donate it to charity along with our contribution. We wanted to show that Ross’s event helped more people than just the ones sitting in the room. Ross chose a charity set up to help the children and families of the soldiers who have fallen in the Iraq war and over $500 was donated from less than 50 people. Ross and Harris’s generous matching donation showed the true heart and spirit that these guys really have. As soon as Ross posts a copy of the receipt for the donation, I’ll pass it on to you. There will also be a website set up shortly to accept donations from internet marketers for the charity. Let’s show the world how generous and caring we are.

Please feel free to post your comments about Ross’s seminar here and make sure you get to his next conference.

Talk again soon.

Enjoy your day!

When You Get Your AHA Moment

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008

This week is quite exciting for me. I’m speaking at Ross Goldberg’s Internet Marketing Masters Seminar in Las Vegas. It’s taken 7 years to get to this point and it all started off with my first AHA moment.

I detailed my epiphany, or as Oprah has coined it my AHA moment, in the Sales Overload Home Study Course. I’ve reprinted it here.

If you’re struggling to reach your expectations online, this may help point you in the right direction.

Reprinted from www.SalesOverload.com

Your online business is simply an electronic version of a mail order company. Instead of working with paper and postage, you work with electrons and email. You advertise, receive and process orders, collect money and ship products.

The beauty of your online business is, you’re not directly involved in every part of the business. A lot of your business is automated and can run for you on autopilot while you’re sleeping, enjoying a fine meal, or on vacation. Of course you have to set it up, do some marketing and answer customer queries, but for the most part, it’s quite a passive way to make an income.

Compare that to the offline mail order industry and you suddenly see how lucky you are. If you run a small home based mail order business, a campaign looks something like this:

1. You design a post card
2. You print out your post cards, address them, and stamp them
3. You run to the post office to mail them
4. A couple weeks later, you get a few orders, with checks included as payment
5. You fill out your deposit slip with the checks and take them to the bank
6. Once the checks have cleared, you process the orders, package them and address the packages
7. You take the packages to the post office and mail them

Then like your shampoo bottle says. Apply, Rinse, Repeat!

In fact, you’re always working several stages of the process at the same time.

Then along comes the internet and wipes out most of the workload. The same information product you were offering offline can now be offered as a downloadable PDF file from your website. But now, 99% of the process runs on autopilot. Your job is narrowed to sending an email.

1. You send an email message to your list
2. Your subscribers visit your website
3. Some of your visitors click the “BUY” button and make a purchase with their credit card
4. Their credit card is automatically verified by your payment processor
5. Your customer is sent to your download page where they download your information product

Since you don’t have to use your time printing, packaging and mailing your products, you have much more free time to market. The more marketing you do, the more successful your business becomes and the more income you put in your pocket.

The people who are making money online have grasped this concept. The people who are struggling online…well hopefully this gives them new inspiration.
